An item in the local cart on Outback Seed Bank is a selection, not a completed order. This site does not take payment, fulfil purchases, accept returned goods or issue refunds.
Orders placed at the external checkout
If you placed an order on WeedSeedsExpress, use the order confirmation and the partner's return information. Its customer-support page is the route for questions about that order, including return instructions or a refund request.
Check the current procedure and the details that apply to your purchase before sending goods. The partner's public contact details are not a return address supplied by this site. This page does not set a return period, decide eligibility or promise when a refund will arrive.
Changing the local cart
You can change quantities or remove items from the local cart before leaving for checkout. Removing an item here does not cancel an order placed elsewhere, and retaining an item here does not mean that an order was accepted. Check the destination website or your order confirmation for the status of an actual purchase.
