The intervention pathway
An eligible person may be required to complete a cannabis intervention session instead of proceeding through the ordinary prosecution pathway. The requirement is conditional and time limited.
Cultivation remains unlawful
Western Australia no longer has its former personal cultivation arrangements. Germination and cultivation without lawful authority remain offences.
